y banoffee tarts are filled with soft caramel, fresh bananas and milk chocolate ganache! Yummy!
To make my banoffee tarts first I need to make almond shortcrust pastry that I’ll use to line my perforated square tart rings. I will chill them and bake until they are completely cooked.
Next, I will make soft caramel and pour it into the cooled tarts until I cover their bottom. I will put my tarts in the fridge so the caramel sets, and then I’ll place banana slices on top of the caramel.
I will fill my tarts with milk chocolate ganache. Then, I’ll make white chocolate whipped ganache and top my tarts with it. I will decorate them with some cocoa powder ad dark chocolate shavings, and voila – my banoffee tarts are done! Yum!
