I would just like to say Tereza has the great presentation skills! And of course, she knows her subject thoroughly, and is enthusiastic about it. It is such a joy learning about baking this way, with plenty of information and in a clear and concise manner. Good job!

I’m a student at the culinary school (won’t say which one :)) but Pastry Maestra is my REAL school! Not only am I learning new skills, but I’m sharpening already established skill sets. I’m proud to be a subscriber of such a treasure trove of knowledge, information, and training—all at the click of a mouse!

I’ve got to tell you: Pastry Maestra is amazing. I’m not given to spontaneous bouts of gushing praise, but my goodness! I just had to write as you really have to be congratulated for the perfect realization of a wonderful idea. The tutorials are first class in their own right, expertly presented and executed, and superbly organized. Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to applaud chef Tereza on a material that is easy to follow, well-explained, and thoughtfully organized. She does a wonderful job not only helping me understand the baking logic, but also making me want to move along to the next video! They are truly enjoyable, and I love the way she explains the multiple ways to accomplish different tasks. Also her comments about her personal preferences regarding workspace layout have been most helpful to me. Thank you for providing this wonderful service to those of us who need proper education on the undervalued art of making lovely desserts.

This site is amazing! I really like how every element isn’t just pitched as a new trick or gimmick but a group of many final elements that are layered to create a wonderful dessert. There is so much useful information on the web but it seems as though it is very condensed and clear ONLY on this website. The tutorial and clips are very easy to follow and help you produce your own creative ideas.

After spending years watching lousy and scarse tutorials on YouTube and buying expensive books, I discovered Pastry Maestra. The average tutorial is soooo much better than any homemade YouTube tutorial. The content of each video is also much more in-depth. It’s unbelievable how many new things you can learn from each video. There’s always a couple small things, that you pick up here and there, that you find yourself using all the time. I LOVE Pastry Maestra.:)
